What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted: raffles, buyers, payments and tickets are kept. Only new operations beyond the plan limits are restricted.
When am I charged?
When you subscribe (or when the free trial ends) and on every renewal. Upgrades are charged immediately with credit for unused time.
Is this a tax invoice?
You get an internal commercial receipt. It is not a CFDI or a tax invoice; tax issuance requires an authorized provider.
Do my buyers' payments go through here?
No. The Rifana subscription is separate from the ticket payments of your raffles.
